Where the app offers it, this is the fastest route:
- Open the app and sign in
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Choose Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm when prompted

Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your TechGPT Ltd account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly how, what gets deleted, what we must keep, and how long it takes.
Deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered, and neither can the content in it. If you want a copy of your data, request an export before you request deletion — email privacy@techgptltd.com with the subject "Data export request".
Three ways to delete your account
All three routes result in the same permanent deletion. Choose whichever is easiest.
By email
Send a request from the email address registered to the account to:
Subject line: Account Deletion Request. Include the app or service name and your registered email or username.

Complete the request form on this page. It composes the email for you with everything we need, so there is nothing to remember.
What happens to your data

Anonymised rather than deleted
Some records are stripped of everything that identifies you and kept only in aggregate form — for example counts of how often a feature was used. Once anonymised, this data can no longer be linked back to you and is not personal data.
Retained because the law requires it

This retained data is access-restricted and used only for the stated purpose. It is never used to rebuild your account or for marketing.
Timeline
- Immediately — your account is deactivated, sign-in stops working, and any active subscription managed by us is cancelled.
- Within 72 hours — we acknowledge your request in writing.
- Within 30 days — all deletable data is removed from live production systems.
- Within 90 days — copies in encrypted backups are purged as those backups expire on their normal rotation.
- On completion — we email you to confirm the deletion is finished.

Submitting this opens your email application with the request pre-filled. Please send it from the email address registered to the account so we can verify it is you.
