Apple requires every app to link a privacy policy and to declare its data practices. This page collects the App Store-specific disclosures. It supplements our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement. Where a specific app's App Store listing declares something different, that listing is authoritative for that app.

2. Privacy nutrition labels
Apple's App Privacy section on each listing summarises what an app collects and whether it is linked to you. We complete it accurately for every app and review it at each submission. The categories below describe our practice across our published apps; the exact answers for any given app appear on that app's App Store page.
Data used to track you
None. Our applications do not track users across apps and websites owned by other companies, and do not share data with data brokers.
Data linked to you
| Category | When collected | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Contact info — name, email address | Only where the app offers accounts | App functionality, support |
| User content — photos, files, text you create | Only where the app stores your content | App functionality |
| Identifiers — user ID | Where accounts exist | App functionality |
| Purchases | Where the app sells subscriptions or in-app content | App functionality, entitlement checks |
Data not linked to you
| Category | When collected | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Diagnostics — crash data, performance data | Where crash reporting is enabled | App functionality, fixing defects |
| Usage data — product interaction | Where analytics are enabled | Analytics, improving the app |
3. App Tracking Transparency
Our applications do not track you as Apple defines tracking, so in normal operation they do not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If any future app of ours ever needed to, it would:
- Present the system ATT prompt before any tracking begins;
- Explain in a preceding screen exactly what tracking would be used for;
- Function fully if permission is declined;
- Never attempt to identify a user through fingerprinting or any other method that circumvents the prompt.
4. Account deletion requirement
App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) requires any app supporting account creation to offer account deletion from inside the app.
Apps with accounts include an in-app Settings → Account → Delete account flow that initiates full deletion — not merely deactivation, and without requiring the user to contact support first.
A web route is also published at https://techgptltd.web.app/delete-account for anyone who has removed the app or cannot sign in.
Where a regulated feature legally requires us to retain certain records, the app tells the user which records are retained and why, before they confirm.
5. Sign in with Apple
Where an app offers a third-party sign-in option such as Google, it also offers Sign in with Apple, as Guideline 4.8 requires. We support Apple's Hide My Email relay addresses and treat a relay address as a fully valid contact address — accounts created that way are never restricted or degraded because of it.
6. In-app purchases and subscriptions
- Digital content, features and subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system where Guideline 3.1.1 requires it.
- Before purchase we clearly show the title, length of the subscription period, the price, and what is included.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to support a request — write to support@techgptltd.com.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it separately in Settings.
See our Refund Policy for purchases we handle directly.
7. Content, ratings and user-generated content
- Every app carries an accurate age rating based on its actual content.
- Screenshots, previews and descriptions reflect the real experience — no mock-ups of features that do not exist.
- Apps that host user-generated content include, as Guideline 1.2 requires: a content filter, a mechanism to report offensive content, a mechanism to block abusive users, and published contact details so users can reach us.
- Reported content is reviewed and removed where it breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, and offending users are removed.
8. AI-generated content
Where an app of ours produces AI-generated content:
- The AI functionality is disclosed on the listing and inside the app;
- Content moderation is applied to prompts and outputs;
- An in-app reporting route exists for objectionable output, and reports are actioned;
- The age rating reflects the possibility of AI-generated content, as Apple requires;
- Users are told outputs may be inaccurate and should be verified.
9. Kids Category
Any app of ours in the Kids Category complies with Guideline 1.3 and Apple's Kids Category rules: no third-party analytics or advertising, no external links or purchase flows outside a parental gate, no collection of personally identifiable information from children, and compliance with COPPA and applicable children's privacy law. See our Children's Privacy Policy.
10. Data use and Apple frameworks
Where our apps use Apple frameworks that access sensitive data, we follow the data-use restrictions attached to each:
- HealthKit — health data is never used for advertising or sold, and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
- Location — requested only when a feature needs it, with a clear purpose string, and never used for advertising.
- Photos, Contacts, Calendar, Microphone, Camera — requested in context with a purpose string explaining the specific use.
- Required reason APIs — declared in our privacy manifest with an approved reason, alongside the SDK signatures Apple requires.
11. Support and contact
- App support: support@techgptltd.com — support centre
- Privacy and data requests: privacy@techgptltd.com
- Legal and policy: legal@techgptltd.com
Apple's own terms are published at Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App Store Review Guidelines.
