Why we exist

Most software projects do not fail because of technology. They fail because the scope was never written down, the design was decided in a meeting nobody minuted, or the team that pitched the work was not the team that built it.

We started TechGPT Ltd to work the opposite way. Small team, senior people, everything written down, and a working deployment you can open at the end of every sprint. If something is going wrong we tell you in the week it happens, not in the retrospective.

What we believe

Boring technology wins. We reach for well-understood tools with long support horizons. Novelty is a cost your product pays every year after launch.

You should own everything. Repositories, cloud accounts, design files and credentials sit in your name from day one. Nothing about our engagement should make leaving us difficult.

Compliance is engineering. Data protection, accessibility and app store policy are design constraints, not paperwork bolted on the week before submission.

Estimates are honest or useless. We would rather quote a wider range and hit it than quote a narrow one and renegotiate later.
